Scope, changes and delivery terms
Eight consecutive hours include travel between locations and breaks. Separate-location preparation is sequential unless an additional operator is quoted. Overtime, extra operators and additional videos require a written quote before approval.
One consolidated correction request within seven days of delivery: technical corrections to up to 20 photographs and one video revision within the agreed style, returned within seven days. Studio delivery defects are corrected regardless of this review window. New concepts, approved-music changes and raw files are separately quoted.
Michael directs the project and is responsible for delivery. The agreement identifies assigned operators and confirms their availability, access, travel and the delivery target before a date is reserved.

Do you offer photo and video together?
Request either on its own, or coordinated Photo + Video at $5,499 after crew and timeline confirmation. Both includes eight consecutive hours, one dedicated photographer and one dedicated cinematographer, approximately 400 photographs, a 4–6-minute highlight and a ceremony edit up to 60 minutes.
Who photographs and records the wedding video?
Michael remains your lead contact and is responsible for the finished work. When the day needs simultaneous photo and video coverage or additional angles, the proposal identifies the trusted crew and coverage roles before you sign, so the plan never depends on one person trying to do two jobs at once.
Do you have a drone?
Yes. Drone footage is available wherever the venue, weather, and local rules allow safe, legal flight.
Can you cover a bilingual ceremony?
Naturally. Coverage can be in English, Spanish, or both in the same ceremony. Vows and toasts land in the video in the language they were said in.
How long until we get everything?
The delivery target is 28 calendar days after the wedding. Each collection covers eight consecutive hours. The written agreement confirms the assigned crew, outputs and one defined correction round before booking.
How far ahead should we reserve a wedding date?
Popular spring and fall dates can book well in advance. Send your date as soon as it is firm.
Will you help us feel comfortable on camera?
Absolutely. Direction is simple and specific when you need it, but the goal is never to over-pose the day.
