Defined deliverables, agreed versions, and organized files. English and Spanish interviews are available when your story calls for both.

From first conversation to final files

One plan. A library with a purpose.

01

Start with the audience.

Tell me who you need to reach, what is coming up, and where the work will appear. We define the scope, budget, and delivery dates together.

02

Plan around your campus.

We coordinate locations, interviews, permissions, and capture blocks around classes and activities. Photo and video crew needs are agreed in advance.

03

Put the work to use.

Your team reviews the work through the agreed approval process. Final photographs, films, and social versions arrive organized for their intended channels.

  • Gallery delivery within 10 business days per visit
  • One school coordinator and one consolidated correction round per visit
  • Video, interviews and event coverage require separately defined crew, hours and outputs

A fixed custom contract in four equal installments: the first reserves the plan; the others are due seven days before each remaining visit. No automatic renewal.

Scope, changes and delivery terms

One campus; the school confirms participation permissions and an approved capture list before each visit. Usage and approval responsibilities are documented in the quote.

Reschedule with five school business days notice. One unused visit can roll over for up to 60 days after the term.

On termination, completed work and preapproved nonrecoverable third-party expenses are payable; prepaid undelivered work is refunded.

Every quote defines campus schedule, access, participation and permissions, locations, approval contacts, capture blocks, crew, deliverables, usage and delivery. School-year plans also specify paid months, visits, event hours, rollover and cancellation terms.

FAQ

A few things schools ask.

What does a school media project cost?

School projects are custom quoted around production days, locations, interviews, crew, photo coverage, and the final edits you need. Share your priorities and timeline; Michael will recommend a focused scope before anything is booked.

Can we plan photography and video together?

Yes. We plan a coordinated visual library, with separate capture blocks and any additional crew needed to cover both properly. Your quote defines the photographs, films, versions, review rounds, and delivery dates.

How are student permissions and campus access handled?

Your school confirms participation permissions and an approved capture list before production. We build those requirements, campus-access rules, and approval contacts into the plan. Public portfolio use is addressed separately from delivery to your school.

Can you work around classes, practices, and events?

Yes. The production plan follows your campus calendar and the availability of the people involved. We agree on locations and capture windows in advance to keep disruption low.

Can we get horizontal and vertical versions?

Yes. We agree on the formats before filming: horizontal for websites, YouTube, and presentations; vertical for Reels, Stories, and Shorts. Each version and cutdown is included in the agreed scope.

Do you offer student portraits and ongoing school coverage?

Yes. A coordinated portrait day, a focused campus project, or a school-year photography plan can be scoped for your school. The school-year plan shown below includes four photography visits over ten months; video, interviews, and event coverage are scoped separately.

Can interviews be produced in English and Spanish?

Yes. Michael can conduct and produce interviews in English and Spanish for student, parent, educator, and community stories. We discuss language and caption requirements during planning.
