A strong portrait has a job to do. It may need to introduce an executive, mark a senior year, show an athlete with confidence, or give a team a consistent public face. We begin with that purpose, then choose the light, location, wardrobe direction, and pace that support it.
Michael photographs each session with a cinematic eye but keeps the experience practical. You will not be left guessing what to do with your hands, and you will not be forced through a list of poses that do not fit you. The goal is a varied set of polished images that still feel recognizably yours.

Where do portrait sessions take place?
Sessions can be built around an Orange County outdoor location, your workplace or campus, or a controlled studio setup depending on the visual goal.
Can you help with wardrobe?
Yes. We will recommend colors, textures, and backup options that work with the location and intended use without making everyone look identical.
Do you photograph teams or larger groups?
Yes. Team headshots and athlete programs can be scheduled as an organized production day with a consistent lighting and delivery approach.
How soon should I book senior portraits?
Book early enough to meet yearbook, announcement, or application deadlines. If the deadline is close, include it in the inquiry so we can confirm what is realistic.
